All About Me
  1. Golf Achievements: My golf achievements are very limited. Although i consider myself a successful golfer, I do not have much to show for my life long effort to become a great golfer. I have won a few long drive competitions and closest to the pin competitions in small summer tournaments. I also placed 2nd in a matchplay flight in the summer of 2008. I have developed my golf game through extensive lessons and countless hours playing and practicing throughout the last year especially.
  2. Other Achievements: I held a job at the Melting Pot in Old Littleton for 1 and a half years. It was both a mentally challenging and physically demanding job. Although it was rough work and long hours, I found myself having a deep desire to climb the ladder in the work force and can proudly say that i worked harder than anyone else in the restaurant. I am also proud of my acceptance into D'Evelyn.  The acceptance rate is very low, I tested higher than 90% of applicants to be accepted. It is a very difficult college preparatory school and I feel it developed my study skills for college.  Also, in May I took the AP test for english literature and composition. I recieved a 4 out of 5 which is a high score considering a 3 is passing and is seldom attainable.
  3. Attributes that will make me a good college student-athlete golfer: I am a hard worker on the golf course and elsewhere, but especially on the golf course. I am very determined, I do not stop until I am satisfied. I am also coachable, I listen well and i have always been taught to respect those who want to improve any attribute of mine. I also want to play college golf more than anything else I have ever wanted. So I will do whatever is necessary to fulfill my dream and i will not jeopardize the chance i have been given.
  4. I will be a good college teammate because: I am a leader and a very friendly person. I also show good character around my friends and would make sure that my teammates were always being safe and doing the right thing.
  5. I am looking for a university and golf program that: I am looking for a University that supports my desired major, Masters in Business Administration. I am looking for a golf program that will help me further develop my skills as a golfer.
  6. My college goals are:

To graduate with honors and be on a championship winning golf team.

  7. I am looking for a college golf coach that:

I can relate to, learn from, and have a great time on the course with.

  8. The strengths of my golf game are: Tee accuracy and distance; wedge work 50 yards and in; course management; short iron play (7-SW); Matchplay.
  9. The weaknesses of my golf game are: I've never really been satisfied with a lot of different facets of my golf game. I need to work on my putting, sand play, long and mid iron shots, focus, mental strength, flexibilty, power, weight transition, ball shaping, spin and trajectory consistency, and a number of other aspects of my game.
  10. I think my golf game will continue to improve because: I am determined to be the best. I have an utter fascination with the game of golf and will never stop playing.
